Lobstering with my Papa is the gentle story of a young boy and his devoted grandfather. It is both a journey and a rite of passage. While teaching his grandchild the skills of his trade, a lobsterman also imparts patience, kindness, and solid advice: hard work pays off; one must pay one’s way. “There’s no free lunch” is almost a lost concept in these times of quick and easy schemes. This book teaches while it entertains.

“What a wonderful, gentle, intergenerational story. For all ages—a reminder of what’s really important in life.”
